abstract The present invention provides a resin composition exhibiting extremely good dispersibility of polyaniline or a derivative thereof in a thermoplastic resin. A resin composition comprising a thermoplastic resin, polyaniline or a derivative thereof, an organic dye derivative having a basic functional group or a triazine derivative having a basic functional group, and a resin having an acidic substituent. Further, 0.1 to 50% by weight of polyaniline or a derivative thereof and an organic dye derivative having a basic functional group or a triazine derivative having a basic functional group have 0.05 to 25% by weight and a thermoplastic resin and an acidic substituent.
