abstract The present invention relates to immunogenic compositions and vaccines of Neisseria bacteria, their production and use of said compositions in medicine. Provision of compositions and methods relating to factor H binding protein (fHbp) antigens. SOLUTION: (1) a first fHbp polypeptide antigen; and (2) a second antigen capable of generating an antibody response against Neisseria meningitidis ST269, selected from TdfI, Hap and Hsf An immunogenic composition for use in the prevention of Neisseria meningitidis ST269 infection or disease, wherein said composition comprises a second antigen that is or is a combination of two or more of said antigens. EFFECTS: fHbp is found to be poorly expressed in the ST269 clone complex, and vaccines containing fHbp can be made more effective by formulating vaccines with additional antigens that can induce protection against these strains .
