titleOfInvention Raman spectroscopic probe and imaging method using the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stimulus-responsive probe that emits a signal only when it exists at a desired location at a desired timing and an imaging method using the same. According to the present invention, light comprising a composite of a copolymer comprising at least a photoactivatable Raman label unit and a hydrophilic unit as repeating units and metal particles having surface-enhanced Raman scattering activity. An activated Raman spectroscopic probe and a method for Raman imaging of a sample using the probe are provided. According to the present invention, the temporal and spatial behavior of a target can be traced by Raman spectroscopic analysis in a living body or a biological sample such as a molecule, cell, organelle, or tissue inside or outside a cell.
