abstract | Provided is a technique capable of efficiently obtaining an image showing a distribution of a region where a specific part of a cell is captured in an image capturing a cell morphology. An image processing apparatus includes a generation unit, a display control unit, a designation unit, and a correction unit. Here, the specific part of the cell is captured in the cell morphology image by the generation unit performing at least one kind of image processing on the cell morphology image capturing the cell morphology according to two or more different conditions. Two or more cell distribution images in which the distribution of the estimated region estimated to be one is indicated by at least one cell display element are generated. The display control unit displays the two or more cell distribution images on the display unit. A designation | designated part designates one cell distribution image of the two or more cell distribution images currently displayed on the display part according to a user's operation | movement.
