abstract |
The present invention provides a base sequence for protein expression that can further activate a promoter of a specific gene to increase the production amount of a protein such as a saccharifying enzyme. In FIG. 1, a protein expression base sequence 1 is linked to a gene 3 encoding a protein 2, a promoter 4 of the gene 3 linked upstream of the gene 3, and a further upstream side of the promoter 4. It consists of cis element 5 whose activity is improved by artificial transcription factor 6. The cis element 5 is represented by a specific base sequence prepared using the Aspergillus oryzae genomic DNA gene as a template. [Selection] Figure 1 |
