titleOfInvention Method for producing cyclodextrin polymer
abstract To provide a selective fixing agent for halogenated aromatic compounds having an increased breakthrough amount as compared with the prior art. A polymer obtained by condensing cyclodextrin with an organic dibasic acid or an organic dibasic acid halide is reacted with an alcohol selected from the group consisting of ethanol, propanol, butanol, octanol and benzyl alcohol. Provided is a selective fixing agent for halogenated aromatic compounds contained in an organic liquid, which contains a porous cyclodextrin polymer that interacts with the halogenated aromatic compounds in an aspiration manner. Furthermore, it is possible to facilitate the decomposition treatment of the halogenated aromatic compound by selectively adhering to the halogenated aromatic compound contained in the organic liquid and removing or concentrating the halogenated aromatic compound from the organic liquid.
