titleOfInvention Liquid-coated waterproofing membrane for roofs containing Trialdimine
abstract The present invention describes a one-part moisture-curing liquid-coated waterproofing membrane comprising a polyurethane polymer and both block amine curing agents, trialdimine and dialdimine, in a specific ratio range. This film has low odor, long shelf life stability, low viscosity at low solvent content, long open time enough to allow manual application, and cures rapidly into a solid elastic material. The liquid-applied waterproofing membrane is particularly suitable for application to a roof because it has high strength, high elongation and good durability under outdoor weathering conditions in a wide temperature range.
