Wavelength conversion light emitting device |
abstract |
A wavelength-converting semiconductor light-emitting device that efficiently emits light is provided. A wavelength conversion type semiconductor light emitting device includes a semiconductor light emitting device capable of emitting a first light having a first peak wavelength, and a second peak wavelength by absorbing the first light. And a semiconductor wavelength conversion element 12 capable of emitting the second light. The semiconductor wavelength conversion element 12 is attached to the support 51 and is disposed in the path of light emitted by the semiconductor light emitting device 10. The semiconductor wavelength conversion element 12 includes at least two first regions 46 of a semiconductor wavelength conversion material and at least one second region 50 having another semiconductor wavelength conversion material disposed between the at least two first regions. Including. [Selection] Figure 8 |
