A low-calorie sweetener close to the sweetness of sucrose is provided. A sweetening composition comprising sucralose, a rare sugar and fructose, wherein the rare sugar is 3 to 20 parts by mass relative to 1 part by mass of the sucralose, and the fructose is 1 mass of the sucralose. The sweetening composition which is 30-150 mass parts with respect to a part. The rare sugar is a sweetening composition selected from D-psicose, D-allose, D-sorbose, D-tagatose, L-sorbose, L-glucose, and D-altrose. [Selection figure] None |
