abstract The present invention provides a composition having a practical use that imparts cleaning performance while maintaining the defrosting ability and refreezing prevention ability of frost, snow and ice adhering to vehicles and glass. SOLUTION: Water, alcohols, alkylene glycol monoalkyl tails are obtained by changing the composition of alcohols using acetate and changing to glycol glycol monoalkyl ethers instead of glycols.
