Fluorescent label for tissue staining and biological material detection method |
abstract |
To detect a trace amount of a biological substance (biomarker) quantitatively. A fluorescent label for tissue staining includes a plurality of fluorescent substances having an excitation wavelength of 550 to 650 nm and an emission wavelength of 570 to 670 nm. The tissue-stained fluorescent label is mainly used as the staining reagent in the biological material detection method having a step of staining a pathological section using a staining reagent and a step of detecting the biological material from the pathological section after staining. In the step of detecting the biological material, the expression level of the biological material is performed by measuring the number of bright spots. [Selection figure] None |
