abstract |
Deterioration of mechanical properties of a foam due to use of a stored polyol system liquid is suppressed. An intermediate polyol obtained by subjecting an alkylene oxide to ring-opening addition polymerization to an initiator in the presence of a double metal cyanide complex catalyst, an alkali metal hydroxide as a polymerization catalyst, and ethylene oxide. A polyol system liquid is obtained by using a polyether polyol (A1) having an average number of hydroxyl groups of 2 to 8 and a hydroxyl value of 5 to 45 mgKOH / g, which is obtained by subjecting 1 to 23 moles of ring-opening addition polymerization per mole of initiator. And a flexible polyurethane foam is produced using the polyol system liquid. [Selection figure] None |
