titleOfInvention | Biopolymer automatic dyeing method and dyeing device |
abstract | It is a biopolymer automatic dyeing method and dyeing device. The method involves the binding of the dye and the biopolymer to be dyed, the separation of the unbound dye and the dye-bound biopolymer, the entire dyeing process being carried out in a container. To separate the unbound dye and the dye-bound biopolymer, first remove the excess dye, add the decolorization solution, place the decolorization solution, the residual dye and the dyed biopolymer in a medium to which an electric field is applied, The dye that is not bound to the biopolymer is transferred from the medium in whole or in part, leaving the biopolymer in the medium. The method saves costs because it does not require the disposable thickened filter paper to be consumed. The method and apparatus accelerates charged biopolymer dyes in an electric field to quickly bind biopolymers, separates dyes that are not rapidly bonded and dye-bound biopolymers, reduces overall dyeing time, and saves costs. Easy to operate, dyeing and decolorization can be completed automatically by the instrument. [Selection] Figure 1 |
