abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solventless or low solvent type active energy ray-curable composition for flooring coating, which has little odor generation and does not require a drying operation after application or requires a short time, and its viscosity is suitable for coating. Provided is a composition having a low viscosity and a cured coating film excellent in scratch resistance, and a laminate in which a flooring is coated with the cured coating film of the composition. An active energy ray-curable composition for covering flooring, comprising an ethylenically unsaturated compound and a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the solvent is 0.1 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the ethylenically unsaturated compound. In addition, as the ethylenically unsaturated compound, a tetrafunctional (meth) acrylate (A), a 2-3 trifunctional (meth) acrylate (B), and a vinyl-based single compound having only one polymerizable double bond. A composition comprising the monomer (C), and a laminate in which at least part of the surface of the flooring material is coated with a cured coating film of the active energy ray-curable composition.
