Provided are a toner and a two-component developer that are excellent in low-temperature fixability, suppressed from scattering and roughness, and suppressed from selective development and deterioration in line / solid ratio. A toner having toner particles having a binder resin and a charge control agent, wherein the binder resin is an aliphatic monocarboxylic acid having 30 to 102 carbon atoms and an aliphatic monocarboxylic acid having 30 to 102 carbon atoms. A resin having a polyester unit in which at least one aliphatic compound selected from the group consisting of alcohols is condensed at the terminal is included, and the charge control agent includes a specific compound (pyrazolone monoazo metal compound).
