A novel thermosetting resin composition using an epoxy compound, a production method thereof, a production method of a novel resin cured product using an epoxy compound, and a novel method for generating self-polymerization of an epoxy compound To provide at least one of them. A thermosetting resin composition contains an epoxy compound, a gallium compound, and a silanol source compound. The manufacturing method of a thermosetting resin composition has a step which mixes a gallium compound and a silanol source compound with an epoxy compound. The method for producing a cured resin product includes a step of heating an epoxy compound in the presence of a gallium compound and silanol. A method for generating self-polymerization of an epoxy compound is characterized by using a gallium compound and silanol as a catalyst. [Selection figure] None |
