titleOfInvention | Laminated body and method for producing the same |
abstract | A laminate including a metal layer that is difficult to peel off from a substrate and a method for manufacturing the laminate are provided. In a laminate including a polymer layer between a substrate and a metal layer, a metal of the metal layer is attached to a COO extending from a polymer main chain constituting the polymer layer at an interface between the metal layer and the polymer layer. The peel strength was improved by realizing a structure in which is chemically bonded. The polymer layer is preferably a fluoropolymer, and the metal layer is preferably a metal layer or a vapor deposition layer in which metal nanoparticles are aggregated. [Selection] Figure 2 |
