titleOfInvention Flow cell and liquid feeding method
abstract Dynamic change of reaction of two liquids can be easily observed using a flow cell having a micro flow channel. A second flow path 105 has a tube diameter at which the inner wall has a contact angle smaller than 90 degrees with respect to a target liquid and a capillary force acts. One end of the second flow path 105 is connected to the first flow path 102 between the first introduction part 103 and the discharge part 104. An opening is formed in a side portion of the first flow path 102 by a flow path connection surface 151 at one end of the second flow path 105. In addition, the second channel 105 has a channel height from the substrate 101 lower than that of the first channel 102. [Selection] Figure 1
