abstract An object of the present invention is to rapidly measure an index of a coagulation active factor. A coagulation activity measurement apparatus includes a surface plasmon resonance measurement apparatus that measures a refractive index on a surface of a flow path of a measurement chip 100 including a flow path through which a solution flows. The surface plasmon resonance measuring apparatus includes a prism 1, a light source 2, a polarizing plate 3, a condenser lens 4, a CCD camera 5, and a data processing device 6. Further, in the data processing device 6, after the buffer solution is filled in the flow channel of the measurement chip 100, a plasma sample in which an activator that activates blood coagulation and plasma are mixed is put into the flow channel.
