An object of the present invention is to rapidly measure an index of a coagulation active factor. A coagulation activity measurement apparatus includes a surface plasmon resonance measurement apparatus that measures a refractive index on a surface of a flow path of a measurement chip 100 including a flow path through which a solution flows.
