The present invention relates to an improvement of a surface sterilization apparatus and method, and more particularly to an apparatus and method used for disinfection of trauma using a high-concentration ozone aqueous solution. The method includes rinsing the ion exchange means with liquid from a liquid source, leading the cleaning liquid to waste, deionizing the liquid from the liquid source through the ion exchange means, and directing the process liquid to the storage means. And a step of purging the ion exchange means with gas to remove a process liquid remaining after the deionization step. |
