abstract |
The present invention relates to a cycle pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process for recovering a high pressure off-gas stream with low energy consumption. Each cycle of this process includes a blow-down stage that lowers the pressure in the adsorption bed from P high to P low , which is divided into a plurality of partial blow-down stages, and the gas discharged in the partial blow-down stage.
