Method for producing silicone hydrogel contact lens |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing a silicone hydrogel contact lens, which uses a reusable high-precision mold, can have high consistency and high fidelity with respect to the original lens design, and has a short curing time. High-quality contact lenses can be produced at a relatively low cost with a high production yield. Preparing a mold for manufacturing a soft contact lens; introducing a monomer mixture of lens forming material into the cavity; and reducing the lens forming material in the mold under spatial constraints of actinic radiation. It includes a step of forming a silicone hydrogel contact lens by crosslinking the lens forming material by irradiating for 120 seconds or less. [Selection figure] None |
