titleOfInvention | Aluminum fin material |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To apply a polyethylene glycol that decomposes to produce low molecular weight carboxylic acids such as formic acid, which is a causative substance of copper tube ant nest-like corrosion, to a hydrophilic film, and only when manufacturing a heat exchanger. The aluminum fin material which can suppress the production | generation of the low molecular carboxylic acid at the time of use as an air conditioner is provided. An aluminum fin material 10 according to the present invention includes a substrate 1 made of aluminum and a hydrophilic film 4 formed on the surface and containing a compound having an ethylene oxide group as a structural unit. However, it is characterized by further containing an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal compound that exhibits alkalinity upon hydrolysis so that the water extracted from the hydrophilic film 4 has a pH of 5 or more.
