titleOfInvention | Aluminum fin material for heat exchanger |
abstract | Provided is an aluminum fin material for a heat exchanger that has excellent hydrophilicity and workability, prevents occurrence of ant nest corrosion of a copper tube, and has excellent crazing resistance. In an aluminum fin material for a heat exchanger, comprising: a substrate 2 made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy; and a hydrophilic lubricating layer 3 made of a water-soluble resin coating film formed on the substrate 2 so as to be an outermost layer. The film thickness of the hydrophilic lubricating layer 3 is 50 to 1000 mg / m 2 in terms of coating amount, and the water-soluble resin coating film is a water-soluble polyether having a molecular weight of 5000 to 50000 in terms of solid content of 75 to 99.9. The water-soluble polyether is composed of one or more of polyalkylene glycol, polyalkylene glycol alkyl ether, and polyalkylene glycol aryl ether. And [Selection] Figure 1 |
