abstract |
A method for producing an arylthionocarboxylic acid ester with high yield is provided. A general formula (1): (Wherein Ar represents an aryl group which may have a substituent, and X represents a halogen atom), and a general formula (2): R-MgY (wherein R represents an aryl group which may have a substituent or a cycloalkyl group which may have a substituent, and Y represents a halogen atom), and is reacted with a Grignard compound represented by the general formula (3).
