abstract Disclosed is a sponge-forming liquid silicone rubber composition that can form a sponge having fine, uniform, open cells that has a small shrinkage ratio when formed into a sponge and does not bleed out uncrosslinked components. SOLUTION: (A) (A1) Polydiorganosiloxane having both ends of a molecular chain blocked with alkenyl groups and having no alkenyl groups on the side chains of molecular chains, and (A2) alkenyl groups on side chains of molecular chains An alkenyl group-containing polydiorganosiloxane comprising two or more polydiorganosiloxanes, (B) a polyorganosiloxane having at least two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule, and (C) water and an inorganic thickener. A sponge-forming liquid silicone rubber composition comprising a mixture, (D) an emulsifier, (E) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst, and (F) a curing retarder, and a silicone rubber sponge obtained by crosslinking and curing the composition. .
