The present invention provides a toner having no filming and having excellent low-temperature fixability, high-temperature offset resistance, and heat-resistant storage stability. The glass transition temperature by differential scanning calorimetry is 20 ° C. or higher and lower than 50 ° C., the endothermic peak temperature is 50 ° C. or higher and lower than 80 ° C., and contains a binder resin and a colorant. The toner has a compression deformation amount of 5% or less by thermomechanical analysis at 50 ° C.
