The present invention relates to treating or preventing stenosis at an anastomotic site. In one embodiment, the present invention is a stent that is curved along its longitudinal axis for placement in a graft opening or its adjacent portion. In a further embodiment, the stent can be drug coated to allow delivery of an anti-vascular proliferative drug directly to the vicinity of the graft opening, and in a further embodiment, the stent is expandable through the use of an external wire.
