abstract | (A) (aa) about 50 to about 95 mole percent semi-aromatic repeat units and bb) about 5 to about 50 mole percent aliphatic repeat units; Group (IV) polyamides and (VI) groups having no melting point A polyamide resin independently selected from the group consisting of polyamides, (B) one or more polymers having more than two hydroxyl groups and having a number average molecular weight ( Mn ) of less than 2000 A thermoplastic composition comprising from about 0.25 to about 15% by weight of a monohydric alcohol; (C) one or more reinforcing agents from 0 to 60% by weight; and (D) a polymer reinforcing agent from 0 to 50% by weight. Thus, a thermoplastic composition is disclosed wherein the polyamide resin has an amine end of at least about 70 meq / kg. |
