The present invention provides a pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or cosmetically active active ingredient comprising (a) an anionic polymeric material and (b) one or more salts of saturated monocarboxylic acids having 6 to 22 carbon atoms. A coating composition for coating or binding of various components, wherein the amount of the salt of the monocarboxylic acid in the composition corresponds to 3 to 50 mole percent of the amount of anionic groups in the polymeric material The present invention relates to a coating composition. The invention also relates to a method for producing a dispersion from the composition and the use of the composition in an enteric coated solid dosage form. |
