PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner binder excellent in both low-temperature fixability and hot offset resistance (fixing temperature range) and excellent in storage stability. SOLUTION: A carboxylic acid component (x) and a polyol component (y) are included as structural units, and (x) contains 80 mol% of a dicarboxylic acid (x1) selected from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and an ester-forming derivative thereof. Storage elastic modulus at 150 ° C. [G] containing at least trivalent or higher polycarboxylic acid (x2) and (y) containing 70 mol% or more of 1,2-propylene glycol (y1) '(150)] is 1500 Pa or more, and [G ′ (150)] and the storage elastic modulus [G ′ (180)] at 180 ° C. satisfy a specific formula, and a specific crystalline resin.
