【Task】 Provided is a regular jelly-in jelly containing cut jelly having a similar appearance and taste to ingredients such as vegetables, meat (livestock meat, fish meat) or noodles. In particular, the present invention provides a jelly-like jelly-in-jelly having a texture and physical properties suitable for eating by persons with reduced mastication / swallowing functions, while having a similar appearance and taste to that of regular food. [Solution] A cut jelly containing a turbidity adjusting agent and having an absorbance of 0.2 or more when measuring a 100-fold diluted solution at a wavelength of 700 nm and a base material jelly solution are mixed and then cooled and solidified.
