titleOfInvention | Aqueous polyurethane resin composition, glass fiber sizing agent, glass fiber for fiber reinforced resin, and fiber reinforced synthetic resin composition using the same |
abstract | A water-based polyurethane resin composition capable of providing a glass fiber reinforced resin excellent in converging property of glass fibers and excellent in mechanical strength is provided. A polyurethane resin comprising a polyol compound (A), a polyisocyanate (B), a hydrophilic compound (C), a fatty acid ester polyol (D), and a compound (E) having a hydroxyl group and an unsaturated double bond in water. An aqueous polyurethane resin composition which is dispersed. (C) is a compound in which R 1 in the following general formula (1) is a residue of a divalent or tetravalent alcohol or a group represented by the following general formula (2), and (D) is a dry oil fatty acid or A fatty acid ester polyol containing an unsaturated fatty acid ester polyol obtained by reacting a semi-drying oil fatty acid with trimethylolpropane, glycerin or pentaerythritol, (E) being an allyl ether compound, (meth) acrylic acid ester compound , A vinyl ether compound or an alkyl vinyl ether compound.
