PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion excellent in heat resistance or rebound resilience of a dry film. An aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion comprising a polyurethane resin (A) having two or more polymerizable unsaturated groups selected from a (meth) acryloyl group, a (meth) allyl group and a propenyl group in a molecular side chain and an aqueous medium. The organic polyisocyanate (a), the polyol (b), and two or more polymerizable unsaturated groups selected from two or more hydroxyl groups and a (meth) acryloyl group, a (meth) allyl group and a propenyl group. This is an aqueous dispersion obtained by dispersing the isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer (A 0 ) obtained by reacting with the compound (c) in an aqueous medium and further subjecting it to a chain extension reaction.
