An object of the present invention is to provide an excellent UV protection effect with excellent temporal stability. Further, the present invention provides an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic that has good spread on the skin when applied, has a good feeling of use with reduced stickiness, and has extremely good water and sweat resistance. An oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic comprising the following components (A) to (D) and satisfying the following conditions (i) and (ii): [Components] (A) Specific solid organic ultraviolet absorber (B) Liquid oil 8% by mass or more and 20% by mass or less (C) Polyacrylamide compound (D) Hydrophobized fine particle metal oxide powder [Conditions] (I) The total amount of component (A) and component (D) relative to the total amount of cosmetics ((A) + (D)) is 10% by mass or more (ii) component (A) with respect to the total amount of liquid oil and (D) The total mass of components ((A) + (D)) is 0.6 to 2 [selection figure] None |
