titleOfInvention | Process for producing olefin polymerization catalyst |
abstract | A two-way catalyst having good catalytic properties such as bulk density and flowability, which can produce a propylene-based polymer containing a long-chain branch by using a catalyst component for producing a macromer and a catalyst component for copolymerizing the same. A method of manufacturing the same is provided. A method for producing an olefin polymerization catalyst comprising at least the following components [A-1], [A-2], [B] and [C], wherein the following steps [I] to [III] are sequentially performed. A method for producing an olefin polymerization catalyst characterized by being performed. Step [I]: A step of producing a contact product (1) by bringing component [A-1] into contact with components [B] and [C]. Step [II]: A step of washing the contact product (1) with an inert hydrocarbon solvent so that the washing rate is 1/10 or less to produce a washed product. Step [III]: A step of producing a contact product (2) by bringing the washed product into contact with the component [A-2]. [A-1] Compound represented by general formula (a1) (with bisindenyl structure) and the like [A-2] Compound represented by general formula (a2) (for example, having biscyclopentadienyl structure) [B]: Ion exchange layered silicate [B-4] and the like. [C]: Organoaluminum compound. [Selection figure] None |
