abstract | The present invention provides a photocurable resin composition having high sensitivity, excellent touch-drying property, suppressing outgas generation, and having excellent alignment accuracy, high productivity and reliability as a solder resist. A photocurable resin composition includes a photopolymerization initiator having two oxime ester groups in a molecule, (A) a COOH group-containing urethane resin, and (B) a COOH group-containing urethane reacted with an acid anhydride. Resin, (C) COOH group-containing photosensitive urethane resin, (D) (A) or (C) COOH group-containing urethane resin in which hydroxyl group and (meth) acryloyl group-containing compound are added during synthesis, (E) (A) Or (C) a COOH group-containing urethane resin in which an isocyanate group and a (meth) acryloyl group-containing compound are added during synthesis, (F) a COOH group-containing photosensitive resin from a polyfunctional epoxy resin, and (G) a bifunctional epoxy resin Any one of the following COOH group-containing photosensitive resins and a compound having two or more ethylenically unsaturated groups in the molecule.
