titleOfInvention Elution method of iodine adsorbed on activated carbon
abstract The present invention provides an elution method for iodine adsorbed on activated carbon, in which an eluent used for elution of iodine from activated carbon adsorbed with iodine can be passed through the activated carbon in an appropriate amount. SOLUTION: After passing an eluent through activated carbon adsorbing iodine, the ORP of the liquid after elution reaches 180 mV (silver-silver chloride electrode standard) or less, and further, pH = 1.7 or more and reduction. A method for eluting iodine adsorbed on activated carbon, wherein elution is terminated when the unreacted rate of the agent reaches 60% or more. [Selection figure] None
