abstract |
The present invention relates to a catalyst for epoxidation of olefin to olefin oxide. A carrier having at least two pore size distributions having different average pore sizes and different most concentrated pore sizes, a catalytically effective amount of silver, a promoter amount of rhenium, and a promoter amount of one or more alkali metals. And the at least two pore size distributions have a pore size range of about 0.01 μm to about 50 μm. The present invention also relates to an oxidation process from olefin to olefin oxide using the above catalyst. [Selection] Figure 1 |
