titleOfInvention | Photosensitive resin composition and dry film containing the same |
abstract | The present invention is a photosensitive resin that can be developed with an aqueous alkaline solution and has not only a high temperature required for curing, but also exhibits various physical properties suitable for use in a printed wiring board cover film or semiconductor laminate. The present invention relates to a composition and a dry film containing the composition. The photosensitive resin composition comprises (A) a polyamic acid containing a polymer of one or more diamine compounds and one or more acid dianhydrides, (B) at least one polymerizable ethylenic polymer in the molecule. A photopolymerizable compound having a saturated bond, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator. |
