titleOfInvention | Cyclic organic compound oxidation method and cyclic organic compound oxidation apparatus |
abstract | Provided are a method for oxidizing a cyclic organic compound and an apparatus for oxidizing a cyclic organic compound that can suppress the formation of sequential oxides of the cyclic organic compound and selectively obtain a target compound. A method for oxidizing a cyclic organic compound includes a photocatalyst and a solution in which the cyclic organic compound is dissolved in a solvent capable of generating active oxygen by the action of the photocatalyst. And while irradiating light in inert gas atmosphere and oxidizing the said cyclic organic compound, the production | generation of an oxide is suppressed sequentially with an inert gas, and a predetermined compound is selectively obtained. Moreover, when the cyclic organic compound to be used is insoluble in the solvent which can generate active oxygen, it carries out through the gas which can generate active oxygen.
