Kind Code: A1 The present invention provides a quinazoline derivative, its preparation and use. The present application discloses quinazoline derivatives of formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates thereof wherein the substituent definitions are the same as described. The present application also discloses these methods of preparation, compositions containing them, and their use in the preparation of therapeutic agents for anticoplastic diseases. The present invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising 0.05 to 100 mg of a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, excipient or diluent.
