abstract | An optical fiber cord excellent in heat deformation resistance and flame retardancy is provided. An optical fiber is coated with an ultraviolet curable resin and an outer periphery of an optical fiber is further coated with a resin to form an optical fiber. A tension member is formed on the outer periphery of the optical fiber. In the optical fiber cord 10 in which the outermost resin layer 9 is sequentially formed, the outermost resin layer 9 is 20 parts by mass to 100 parts by mass of the triazine derivative and 0 part by mass to 30 parts by mass of the phosphorus compound with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyurethane elastomer.
