Provided is a conductive fine particle having a very small number average particle diameter, which can realize a low resistance value when used for electrical connection. The conductive fine particles of the present invention are conductive fine particles having a base material composed of resin particles and at least one conductive metal layer formed on the surface of the base material, the conductive fine particles themselves. The number average particle diameter of is 1.1 μm to 2.8 μm, and at least one layer of the conductive metal layer has a copper-based metal layer formed of copper or a copper alloy.
