【Task】 To provide a bitterness inhibitor of menthol, which has a good refreshing feeling without bitterness even when menthol is blended in a large amount and does not have a flavor derived from an additive. [Solution] A menthol bitterness inhibitor containing a glycidic acid ester such as ethyl phenylglycidate as an active ingredient is added to a mint-based fragrance containing menthol as 3 × 10 −8 to 3 × glycidic acid ester with respect to 1 part by mass of menthol.
