PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use for an application requiring a colorless or white appearance, having an antibacterial effect, a deodorizing effect of sulfur-based and nitrogen-based odor components, and no plasmon absorption derived from metal ultrafine particles. A possible silver-containing resin composition is provided. SOLUTION: A monocarboxylic acid silver and a dicarboxylic acid are blended in a resin component and mixed by heating.
