A thermoplastic resin contains an organic acid metal salt, and the metal of the organic acid metal salt is Cu, Ag, Au, In, Pd, Pt, Fe, Ni, Co, Zn, Nb. , Sn, Ru, and Rh, and is used for forming ultrafine metal particles.
