abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a refreshing original green color of guava leaves and to sufficiently extract polyphenols, and to drink conventional guava tea, rather than to drink guava tea. It is an object to provide a method for producing guava tea that provides a refreshing image. SOLUTION: A method for producing guava tea obtained by collecting, washing, steaming, twisting and drying a guava leaf.
