In a tableting process of a candesartan cilexetil-containing tablet, the tablet is manufactured in a tableting pressure range of 0.2 to 2 kN to improve the content decrease over time due to pressure, friction, etc. Disclosed is a candesartan cilexetil-containing solid preparation having excellent stability and strength capable of withstanding the state of distribution in the market.
