titleOfInvention Joined composite and method for producing the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tightly bonded composite between a base material which is a polymer compound in a solid region near the surface and other materials, which should avoid the disadvantages of the prior art. In a bonded composite of a substrate material having a polymer compound with a slight active surface energy in a solid region near the surface and in the vicinity of the surface, nano-organization between the bonded materials 1 and 4 is performed. The transition region having the nanocomposite material 5 formed is formed of the nanocomposite material 5 having a layer thickness of 20 nm to 20 μm, the nanocomposite comprising the substrate material 1 and the other material 4. And the ratio of the base material 1 to the other material 4 is changed so that it changes exclusively from the base material immediately in the immediate vicinity of the base material 1 to the other material in the immediate vicinity of the other material 4. As a result, this is solved by the above-mentioned bonding composite, characterized in that the substrate material 1 is nano-organized and transformed in the other material 4. [Selection] Figure 3
